The tone of the site does a great job of explaining a service and its real value to the potential client without confusing the hell out of people; very useful for businesses who are just waking up to the power of social media but don't really know what they're dealing with yet.

Also, as you mentioned, great to see a site like this not covered in Flash animations and 'funky' menus that frustrate the crap out of you - 'oh I have to click the apple to go forward, and the spinning pentacle to go back, I see.."</description>
