		<description>This may not be very popular in this choice-obsessed world, but I think the best way to make an office move smooth is to give one person responsibility for design and furniture plans and keep everyone else out of it. 

As the brothers Heath point out in their excellent book Made to Stick, people often suffer a kind of paralysis when given too much choice. The result is that they fail to make any decision at all. This paralysis is multiplied when a group has to decide something together.

So, I’m with you – hire an interior designer and just do whatever they say!</description>
