There's so much more freedom to delve into new areas of the company and suggest interesting new ways for FLSmidth to express and market itself. It's a huge help for the clients, as it's so much easier for them to pass on work they just don't have time for without worrying about spending time on proposals, budgets, etc. Because of the higher level of trust (we've been OK'ed by the organization), there's a much freer flow of ideas back and forth. Having seen how well it works with FLSmidth, I'm really looking forward to being retained by more of our regular customers. I have to say, I’m loving the retainer.
